***** and False information given by gym company

I'm very shocked on how gym company does *****...a person needs to Confirm first of they had agreed for them to deduct from the account and they dont do they...they deducted R350 from my account without my Knowledge and the sales guy told me that they were supposed to call me to confirm everything first but they didnt do that ..

They *****ing us by deducting from our account without our knowledge to deduct from our account....
