***** Accounts

A few years ago I was approached by the gym company promoters at Maponya mall just by the food court. I was not interested but I was nice enough to write my name and surname down on their form as a potential customer. They said they would call me back but a year later I receive a letter of demand threatening to blacklist me for the absurd amount of R7000 and odd rands. I called the company and the receptionist with the worst attitude tells me she cannot assist me and I should come in to the gym. I have no idea where this company got my ID number from let alone address. I have never received an access card or any call that was promised and they have the nerve to go as far as threatening to blacklist me. This is harrassment and *****. i find it appalling that I am really being punished for being \nice"by writting my name down instead of being mean like everyday people. I want this resolved efficiently and my name cleared from their database. Im not the only one this newly developed company has done this to. They should be resported somewhere. They are **********ly obtaining personal details and creating accounts with them. This is attrocious behaviour. """
