I registered with gym company in randburg square from the 01/01/2014 and tapelwa said the gym will open on 1/02/2014. The gym never opened nobody not even management thought of informing me that gym will only open in november2014. In the meantime my debit order has been going off from 23/01/2014 till the 23/09/2014 . i went to gym company for 2 weeks before the 23/09/2014 and requested a refund of an amount of r1791 back to my account. The company agreed to refund me back the amount ofr1791 ,but I never got the money back. I filled in form to freeze my account the company not to debit my account they still debited my account from the 23/10/2014 till the 23/02/2015. I am every upset right now and I am requesting the manager of the gym company in randburg square to call me back today.or I will go to my lawyer. crecentcia
