I was approached by one of the sales consultants lasts year, he convinced me to join, I agreed and gave him all the relevant documentation, I then asked him if money was gonna be debited from my account or not, he said they wouldn't deduct any money without my consent. I then went to the maponya branch which was where I initially signed up, spoke to the supervisor who was pretending to be a manager his name is Lehlogonolo I was then taken to the real manager Thando who was kind enough to assist me, I explained to him of the ***** that they are doing he denied I then asked him to cancel that whole deal they made with my documents, still haven't done anything about I'm still losing my money!!! Since last year July its not resolved, I'm even anxious to go there because the people there are unfriendly and rude and they have a way of hiding one another so it's pointless, I need help honestly because I'm losing money here!!!
