FLORA CENTRE - CONCERNS

I am writing to formally report several ongoing issues at your gym that have not been properly addressed. These concerns affect cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and the accuracy of services advertised on your website.

Ventilation Issues (Unhygienic Conditions) The ventilation in the weight room is inadequate. The fans are either turned off or not working, resulting in poor air circulation. The room becomes extremely hot and develops a bad odor. This creates an unhygienic environment, especially in a space where members are sweating and sharing equipment.

Men’s Washroom Hygiene The urinal pads in the men’s washroom are not being changed regularly. One pad appears to have been in place for approximately two weeks. This is unsanitary and unacceptable for a public fitness facility.

False Advertising – Kids Play Zone The Kids Play Zone is falsely advertised. The room contains only a small plastic children’s table placed in the middle of the area, with nothing else available for children to use or play with. This does not meet any reasonable expectation of a “Kids Play Zone” and is misleading to parents.

Despite this, your website advertises the following amenities:

The Kids Play Zone, as advertised, does not reflect the actual conditions provided on-site.

I expect these issues to be addressed promptly. Please advise what actions will be taken to correct these problems and ensure the facility meets proper hygiene standards and truthful advertising practices.
