Fitness Manager Eastrand Mall extremely hostile

The service we received this morning when going to gym was hostile , unprofessional and extremely rude from the Fitness Manager at the East Rand Mall Branch. The Manager treated my son and his fellow gym partners with utter contempt and disrespect.We are paying customers but treated us as ********s. Secondly he looked at the ladies gyming in a very inappropriate manner,and was not bothered that we observed him doing this.
