FINANCIALLY VICTIMIZED

Good day,<br> I'm unhappy hence I have taken the route to formally report this Gym Company which pulls customers ********ly by not disclosing their Terms and Conditions. I was informed that when i am not happy i can cancel the contract any time. i went back within 7 days of registration to cancel and i was lured not to cancel and should give them time and see what wonders the Gym it will do for me. This is a 36 months contract and will expire in September 2016. these people double debit my account and when you call them you get bad attitude from the staff. i have never received the Gym card and some months back i have reversed the debit orders and just found it has dented my credit profile..This i find totally unacceptable because this is NOT a credit agreement. I want to cancel this with immediate effect and with no cancellation fees to be paid because I have never used their Facilities and I have been paying their salaries for FREE!!!! I need funds which were double debited to be reversed as they Debit with this reference D53327.<br>
