final notice of blacklisting

In May 2015 i was at Southgate mall when one of the sales guys confronted me and ask if i would like to join the gym, He then advised i should come through and check out the gym and if i want to join or sign up i can speak to one of the consultants at the gym.<br> which i never ever went up till this day i recieved a final demand of blacklisting with the contact details:<br> Fikile Motaung<br> ***<br> [Email Removed]<br> 16 November 2015<br> <br> i called and spoke to Thozama in office 2 she advised i should come through and bring my id to check if the signature is the same as to what they have there on the form.That is not the point, my main concern is that i did not even utilize the service at all nor have i put my foot in that gym since the day of confrontation.<br> <br> I am extremely irate in respect to this and i would like this to be handled accordingly, because this sounds like a *****ulaunt case and if this is not rectified a.s.a.p i will have to take matters further.<br> <br> please supply feedback urgently
