Fikile Gym company Ghandi square

I spoke to a lady named Fikile, politely asked her to freeze my account as I've relocated to Estcourt where there's no gym company available, explained to her that my husband was able to get this done a couple of months ago with no documents provided. She told me she can help,I acknowledged that and asked to be directed to the relevant person or provided with the head office contact. She hung up the call,I then called again,she rudely to me she was busy that's why she hung up and she won't give me the number requested and hung up again. Her name is Fikile from Gym company Ghandi square. Gym company needs to sort out their company if paying customers receive such treatment,I have never missed not even one payment but I'm treated like a nobody
