falsely accused

I got registered at a gym by my boyfriend and he asked the monthly fees be deducted on his account which he provided. I have never set my foot on the gym even to this day. On the 18th of May I received an sms requesting that I pay my arears, i then called and told Pauline I have never set my foot there and I don't owe anything she told me she will investigate. She never got back to me. Until one Sat i got called by somebody else and I explained to her that I am still waiting for Pauline to get back at me. On June the 23rd, I received another sms stating that my gym fees have been returned. <br> <br> On Monday transunion sent me an sms that i have a bad debt wriiten on my name that I owe 8 209 rands and I called Pauline she told me that im being blacklisted for the 3 year period contract that my partner signed me on.<br> <br> I later called their head office and twice my call was put down after waiting for MJ and he asked that I leave my number he will get back to me that day and he never did.<br> <br> What i would like to know is why am I being blacklisted instead of my partner who in this case provided his banking details and why am i blacklisted for the period of 3years?
