False Sales Term at Gym Company Flora Centre

To whom this may concern

I have contacted staff at the Gym Company in Flora Centre several times about cancellation. The sales consultant had informed me that my contract is on a month-to-month basis and that I may cancel any time WITHOUT cost.

I am a full time student without the funds now to continue the payment of my gym contract, and upon inquiring about cancellation, I was informed that I am locked into a 36 month contract.

I have been informed numerous time BY THE STAFF of Gym Company Flora Centre that my sales consultant has been involved in false information, misconduct, and misrepresentation. If the staff itself are aware of ******** sales, surely there has to be a method to resolve this.

I have no money in my bank account, and no income. No means of paying this contract. The whole reason I signed up in the first place to Gym Company was in the agreement with the sales consultant that I am not bound to a long term contract. For months I have found ways to pay for this contract out of my own pocket as a student. I have never been late for a payment or made any problems between myself and the gym. All I ask is for my contract to be terminated. If there is anything that can be done. Please.
