False membership

I laid a complaint i never signed any gym membership but I'm getting debited and sms's,I spoke to charlse i told not too send through the membership that's y I never signed but he did,the manager called me stating that i should come with any document i signed to check the signature,i.found Xoli she said it's going to be fixed but she **** to me
