False marketing and sales

I joined gym company in 2015 March 01 they told me that 2 months was for free,my membership was supposed to end in March since it was a 36 months contract.To my surprise they are telling me that my contract ended in May meaning that there was no 2 months free membership.That is false marketing and sales.
