The most worst service received from gym company roodepoort around October last year signed up membership for my wife and I when i asked the consultant about the provision made for kids he asked what age are they I had told him he the one is to young to be on the floor so he would have to use the crèche provided by them the other one could train under my supervision and when he turns 16 he would have to sign up then and now I get asked by the GM who was the consultant to find what was said on the day this contract was signed how in the hell should I know it did not happen yesterday. What is better they can tell you consultants will say anything just to sign a person to a membership is this how a company is run and management is ok with that because its not a problem for them to give you that **** response
