False INFO to make a sale

In august i was introduced to the gym company by Thabiso they were in Southgate mall. I was told by the agent that i will not be paying for two months into sing and only make a payment in October. I then was told that i will only pay a amount of R199 i took out two account and was told that it will be a paying a amount of R398 a amount. in September my account was debited with a amount of R598 on my account. When i called the same day of debit i was told that i would gt a call back which didnt happen, I call the night and was told the same thing, I waited till the next day, still never got a call. I called back and was told that i will need to come into the center at BARA. I went the on Thursday and i was told that the manager is not there and they will defiantly get back to me with my issue that the two agents **** to me. I was told the manager would get back tome on the Monday. Monday came AND NO RESPONSE, iI had to give them a call and was PROMISED i would get called... we in 2016 and now im being treated to pay up otherwise i would be getting a bad credit from these people... with me having to follow up on my case...the services are bad
