False advertising

Gym company at Westgate agencies **** to us. They let us join and told us the gym will be open end of November 2020 and up until this day the gym is not completed and I would like to cancel my membership because of inconsistency at the branch and lack of communication. I would like to be refunded. I will start a new membership as soon as the gym is operating. Sipho Hadebe
