Falling Weight

Gym Company Westgate has been mostly good, with friendly staff and good facilities. I however have a problem with disrespect and blatant ignorance on the matter of the squat machine. My elderly father brought staff to the fact that it doesn't have stoppers for the weights, and they keep on falling off when he uses it, posing a risk to other gym goers. He gave 4 verbal complaints a month ago, and a written complaint without it getting fixed.

Please advise on this matter
