Exploitation.

I have been ŕeceiving call from the gym company, they demanding a sum of money or else they will blacklist me. Firstly I've never received a membership card from them. Secondly ive never entered any of their facilities. Thirdly I asked the lady how can I cancell the membership, she said to me she doesn't know how I can cancel since I'm not a member I don't have a membership card, which confuses me. When i asked the rude lady since I'm not a member and i don't have membership card, what am i being charged, she said and I quote " we charging you for your information".

The is no can't that that gym will see from me, how can they charge me for having my phone number.

This company is desperate to be relevant they exploiting people, their call agents are rude.
