Evil pathetic service

Evil service. November 2018 i started seeing double debits from gym company went in to enquire was told that its an amount from 2016 after they bought gym 24 the take over had errors.which shouldnt be my problem.paid that amount november 2018 then my account was unsuspended today i receive a message that i owe another R160 and must pay it before the 14th for your own ineffeciency .i refuse to be bul**** cancel my membership because the more i understand your ineffeciency the more i have to pay yet every month my premium debit order goes off. it took you over two years to check my account every month what was i paying for cause my account has been in arrears from 2016 till now am so annoyed of this pathetic service surely somebody was not doing his job.i already paid over R400 you want more sorry.
