Equipment not being maintained

Outer Thigh Abductor has not be repaired nor replaced for the past 10 months that i have been with gym company. The left side of the abducter is loose, and has been so. I have raised the issue multiple times with staff and nothing has been done. What is the point of paying maintenance fees if the gym equipment is not being maintained. In areas that is dominated by white people equipment is in tip top shape whereas in areas dominated by black people things never seem to get done/resolved or fixed.
