East rand mall Gym Company has the worst service Ever

<p>I joined GYM company around October 2015 and paid the deposit which was required. The company debited my account with the same amount and I called the finance dep about the double pay and was advised to go to the bank and reverse the payment which I did. ever since then I have been getting messages on my cell phone that my account is overdue. I have called their finance dept and have left my yellow form and slips to prove that I did pay but till today no one has fixed this issue. going to the gym is a hassle because I have to explain to whoever is in charge on that day that I have paid and still waiting for finance to clear my account. I have called them, even went to their office early as they leave early to get this fixed and no one has been able to assist, all I get is they will talk to someone to fix this. I have tried to get hold of their manager who is never there and been calling almost every day, but the manager is always not available. Two weeks back I wrote a letter cancelling my account, I was just told that first I had to clear the amount over due. no one has called me and on saturday the monthly fee was debited on my account, till today no one is saying anything to me, I dont know whom to call.</p>
