dropping calls whilst client is talking

01/03/2016 I called the Gym Company in the Randburg square ,all I wanted to know is my tag ready and can I speak to a lady called Betty. The lady puts me through to betty but I am just holding on until I finally drooped the call. I then called back but struggled to get through either the line was busy or just goes to voicemail. The lady that answered the phone at the Gym Company her name is Refilwe, she must be taken away from your reception area as she does not have telephone manners while I was asking about my tag I wanted to ask about the debit date changes she dropped the call and I had to call back.
