Double deductions

<p>been with Carlton gym for some time till in March when my contract ended tried calling and sending emails to cancel it and they begged me not to, august gym company took over and they renewed the contacts told us we will pay 100 for tag and 199 for gym but I'll be paying 199 to gym in any gym. Since July they have been deducting 180 for Carlton gym and 199 for gym company and when they made us signed the other contracts they told us the 180 one will automatically be cancelled but it was not. When I went to see the manager Paddy he wasn't there and I was told to come before one and remember I work and stay in roodepoort now, after a month I saw the manager asked to cancel and he said I shouldn't he we refund me my cash coz even deduction for October have been sent , even sent him emails of my bank statements and asking him why his not getting back to me ..... even now they are deducting almost 400 a month in my account. I'll take them to court if I have to coz why should I be running after him to get my money back , and he won't even want me to cancel the gym .... when I sent the email of my statement I was in his office 3weeks ago</p>
