double deduction

<p>i have noticed a double deduction from the month of November and i disputed the transaction with my bank, however i have been double debits ever since then.</p> <p> </p> <p>i called the randburg branch as i opened and i spoke to Michelle and she promised to call back , she did not. called the second day and i spoke to a different person who then advised that my account is handled by Michelle and michelle will call me the following day ( cause she alreayd knocked of) </p> <p>second request was to down grade as the platinum i took was only for randburg not any other branch as they dont offer thar service. </p> <p>the second lady advised me to bring 3 client and pay R 500.00 to down grade</p>
