Don't sign with gym company

I never signed a contract with this company but apparently they took ove over the books from a company that closed. They continuously keep debiting my account with ever informing me that my contract was moved to.them. they still cannot produce any evidence of the above. This has been going on for years now. I keep having to reverse the debit orders
