Why is there no 0 star option. This company deserves a 0. I have been with Gym company for a long time, But I need to cancel. I'm on a month to month as I have exceeded the 3 years of the contract. Do you think I can cancel my contract. No because no one is willing to acknowledge my request. I am given 2 email accounts who don't reply at all. The staff cant transfer me to the admin people. so I'm forced to cancel my debit order to se if someone will react when their payment does not go through.

It is my belief that they are intentional as they would rather ignore you than cancel the contract. Its very ********* and just bad business practice.
