Don't lie to make sales!!!

I do not appreciate the misleading approach to their sales.

When I met one of their sales rep, he took down my personal details and assured me that an account would not be opened unless I confirm so. Thereafter I received a call stating that an account has been opened for me and cancelling the membership would be a lot of money.

I've since been billed for a gym service I don't even use and honestly this is *****ery. Why lie to make sales? What does that say about your company? How *********.
