Don't join Gym Company it's not worth it..

Gym Company Flora Center must be the worst gym place ever!!!! No only did I lose my phone through theft but now I am playing chasing up with Sweetness and Cynthia for my cancellation. I submitted a request to cancel seeing that my contract is coming to an end in October 2022 and to date I am making follow up with no response. This is a act for selfishness as I believe they still want to debit my account in October 2022. I will not pay any additional amount in October as I have done what I needed to do. All I want is to cancel memberships with Gym company and I would appreciate a proper confirmation of that request. Can someone from Gym company Flora give me feedback on my cancellation!
