I was approached by one of their sales representative at a time I was keen to join Gym and had done so.<br> come cancellation time I am told about the 20 % cancellation fee and their annual maintenance levy.<br> <br> I was never advised of those terms when I first joined and would have not agreed to join had I known.<br> This terms do not form part of the contract as there was no consensus or agreed upon by myself. why should I pay for the maintenance of your equipment when I paid you the membership fee? I did not ask you to operate the business of the gym and I will not be held financially liable for fees that I have not agreed upon.<br> <br> your contracting behavior with ordinary citizens is clearly in contravention of the consumer protection Act and a violation of freedom to contract. you put in clauses in the contract that don't exist after we have signed. well let me put it to you that on the same and equal footing. consider my contract with you cancelled.<br> You are such a bully and Hope that someone out there shuts your whole operation down
