Do not join Gym Company

Guys if you are a person who enjoys a great service, do not I repeat do not go to the gym company Randburg branch. Do they even train the staff there? No body seems to know what is going on there..

So after a year at the famous red gym, I decided to join gym company. I went in did the paper work paid joining fee of about -+ R500.00. I then came back to the gym after a week to start my gym program, at the reception the lady suddenly couldn't find me on the system, she told me to go home there is nothing she can do, I refused to go. She called a guy, who asked me a few questions and gave me a voucher to access the gym and told me I should come to the gym early the next day so they can fix my membership.

I came a bit earlier the next day, I was directed to a lady who I followed to the office ,she asked for my details after 2min she said she can't find me on the system, she then said she is knocking off I must go home and she got up and walked out.

I was still in shock, them another lady who was walking passed asked me what was wrong and I told her what just happened. She took me into her office asked for my details and told me that I am on their system but there was an error in capturing they will contact me the next day but I can use the gym for the day. I waited for the call.. and I waited ...and I am no longer waiting. Those people need help and prayers. Thinking about the whole experience just ****es me off and I am a very patient person who is not easily angered.

I am now back at the red gym, I'm paying more but I'm smiling everyday
