Do not join Gym Company

On the 24/06/2020 I emailed the gym company to cancel the contract that I opened in 11/2016. I was told I have arrears of 696 (Yes no currency sign in front) when I asked why do I have arrears as my contract expired 11/2019 the only communication I received was being "CC'D" in an email where Lucky Mpofu sent to- ***
