Do NOT believe the cancel anytime Month To Month BS!!!

You are not able to cancel at any time as they require a cancelation form to be filled in with your personal detail that is not available online. You have to wait for someone to contact you and email you this form. This form contains all the information you just provided, so it is pointless (but forces you to either go to the branch or print and scan it). Then for months after you sent the form you get no feedback, and they just continue to debit your account. I email 3 people this form after I stopped the debit, but every month they still debit your account. You also get sms's stating you owe them money (because of the debit you reverse). Then every now and then someone phones you and you start the whole I cancelled the contract over again. I will be forced to travel all the way from PTA to JHB now to see if speaking to the manager at the gym helps (but I am doubtful)
