Disrespectful employee

This is a stern warning in case you were thinking of joining. I have had a bad experience with a lady by the name of Di from this company. I inquired about freezing my account during this period and her shocking tone via email sent shivers down my spine. This is no way to treat any loyal, paying customer. She/he has seriously hampered the image of a brand that has been doing well in making a name for itself in the fitness industry.
