Dishonest stuff and poor poor knowledge

I signed up for a gym membership last year September then I read everything before signing anything and everything was clear the the consultant Lewis who was assisting me told me that they have a free month so they will not debit this month which was October but will debit end November then I was okay with that but came October they debited mind you I signed up beginning of October and when I went there they said they don't know about that and that they would fix that issue and I told them I want to cancel and they said you can cancel before 30 days and they don't want to cancel so until today they have not resolved that and they keep on calling telling me i need to pay off my membership i told them i wont do that i think gym company people are theifs and the lady with a gold hairstyle is so rude ....this happened at gym company Ghandi square....poor poor knowledge
