Dishonest ******

I joined Gym Company at Maponya Mall in 2014 at R199 per month. At the end of 2014 I found out I was pregnant and in February 2015 my doctor told me I had a high risk pregnancy and would have to be on bed rest until my baby was born in August. I was told by my doctor that I had to leave work as well.

I informed Gym Company of my situation and they insisted I pay. I told the lady that all the money I had had to go toward my medical expenses as I was no longer working and was on bed rest. I told the lady that I needed to cancel my gym contract. She said she will call me back and I have still not received a call from her. I immediately assumed that she cancelled my membership. I discovered in October that they had blacklisted me.

Suddenly Gym Company started debiting my account again from May 2016. I raised this with them and explained my story and they are trying to swindle me into paying for the contract again. I told them about my coinersation with the lady from their company and they are telling me that they do not have notes of my call with the lady and that I need to pay R900 to cancel my contract or take a new membership so they can s**** my previous contract.

They have debited my account for the past 3 months and I have had to reverse their payments every month. I have been informed by my bank they they change their reference number for me every month so that they can access funds from my account.

They are dishonest, disgusting charlatans who cannot run their business efficiently and are trying to swindle customers constantly.

Note to everybody out there, there are better gyms with better facilities out there. Do not go to Gym Company as they are **********!!!!
