Dishonest Conduct

I was approached by an energetic sales person from Gym Company and after my request for information, she informed me that they had a month tot month contract for R199.

After about 6 months when I wanted to cancel the contract I was told that it was a 36 month contract. I asked to see proof of this and was promised it would be emailed to me, which it never was.

After going there and being told that there was no person available to assist me, phone calls and emails, I have found no answer, but my bank account keeps being debited.
