Disgusting Service Received

Totally disgusted by the services received from Gym Company Winchester been calling to confirm my start date as well as my end date of my contract but each time i have called this week starting from 18/06/2018 to today the 23/06/2018 no success either the staff is on lunch or been told bare with me Sir the system is slow and on separate ocassions the sytem is down. I am appalled disgusted at the customer service and will definitely cancel this contract and not recommend anybody to this gym.
