Disgusting service

I've asked this company to stop debuting, y account on numerous occasions but they still do. None of their staff call you back with regards to an enquiry. I don't use your facilities. Your staff member was supposed to call back regarding a subscription but she never did instead you opted to just debit my account. Disgusted in your service. Honestly appalling
