Disgusting rude and arrogant staff!

I had lost my job and was unemployed for 3 months.i was harassed even when I explained this to a Kelebogile person in accounts constantly I eventually got tired of explaining the same thing over and over and asked her if I should take the little money I have left in my account and pay my outstanding gym fees over feeding my kids and she said yes. She constantly was rude and would call me everyday knowing the circumstances and then eventually asked to deal with someone else who was not disrespectful about it and I dealt with a Sibusiso and he was no different. I started working and asked him what the cost would be to cancel my contract because Kelebogile or whatever her name is has given me such a bad taste in my mouth I don’t think I want to come back to the gym at all. He gave me the amount of cancellation and arrears and then when I asked what would be the separated costs because I thought maybe I could pay off the arrears amount and gym for the remaining time of my contract and pay the arrears now and then pay every month until I’m done with my contract because obviously being unemployed for so long I didn’t really have the funds to pay up everything right now because I was told my membership is a month to month contract when I joined I didn’t anticipate that I would need to pay all the months left of this contract. Another **** they sell! He refused to give me the separation costs and became rude! To be this arrogant and you’re not even the best gym it’s disgusting!
