Disgusting customer service and regulations

<p>So I call gym company in braamfontein with intension of sorting out my membership since I haven't been at the gym for about 6 months now. A woman by the name Thando picks up and tells me that I'm outstanding by R700 so I tell her I would like to cancel my contract. She tells me I can't and have to come in to do that . I mean what the f#$k, I haven't been coming so clearly I'm not able to come through at this moment . I asked for her manager's numbers and she wants to give me hers! She then drops the phone, hoe rude is that!! I call again and speak to Auralia. she also decided to do the same after I asked her to put me through to Thando...I really don't understand these people. Can anyone assist me with what I can do coz I can't be charged while I'm not gyming </p>
