Disgusting admin and broken equipment

MONTH TO MONtH MY A**. Firstly, they are not very clear about the double payments clause wrt 'registration' fees when you join. The gym equipment at Gym Company Jacaranda is constantly out of order. If there was an option to rate them with minus 5 stars I would have. Then, when you dare to cancel your 'MONTH TO MONTH' contract they neglect to put it through the system. If they advise you to submit your form at reception, DON'T. Insist on an email address and read receipt. They are throwing away the cancellation forms. If you phone to confirm that they have received and processed your form, DON'T, THEY ARE LYING. When I phoned they confirmed that the cancellation was done. I cancelled in January, they are still deducting the R199. They will keep on deducting your money even after cancellation and there is nothing you can do about it. They just advise you that it was the previous manager that didnt process it. I AM VERY UPSET AND THEY DON'T CARE
