disgusted service

I am not happy on how this company gym company treats people. I joined the gym in 2010 around june and in July I decided that I would like to cancel I was put from pillar to post and never got help. everyday I receive threating sms and emails that I am being handed over. A lady called me yesterday the 3/07/2019 and advised me that she is calling from nudebt which the gym company account has been handed over there. she advised me that I owe gym company around r3800 and that I qualify for a 50% discount to settle the account as I have been listed on the credit bureau and that I cannot apply for anything. I am disgusted at the service and now they have listed me and they are holding me at ransom to pay 50% of the services that I have never used.
