Disgrace of a Company

What a disgrace of a company. Phone the Boksburg branch 16 times today, only once did they pick up the phone. Left a message for their manager to give me a call, and still I wait. Emailed them on Tuesday, it's now Friday still no reply. Disgraceful how you sign a 1 year contract and now there is someone else's signature on my contract and now it shows 3 years. And i'm being held liable for this. Now that I query this they are silent and nobody is available.
