Disappointment service

Talk about unofficient client service from gym company Tshwane mall in mamelodi, 29/11/2023 time 6:45 pm we were told we can not go into the gym due to loadshedding and the safety concern they have, 1stly no communication was sent to us via sms as they knew long before building the place that loadshedding has been existing, all shops in the mall have back up generators beside gym company how come? This was a waste of petrol and our time which gym company failed to service, the stuff does not even acknowledge it's customers at its earliest before getting into the gym to advise that customers are not allowed to enter. Mind you the previous gym location down stairs they allowed us to gym during loadshedding while providing false promises saying the new upstairs gym was to be ready in August which was only open in November, through out we have been using limited machines as most of the time their machines are out of service yet we pay monthly and they are still wanting more customers to going the gym.
