Disappointed, hurt and and disgusted

I would like to convey my utter disappointment in Gym Company – Winchester Hills. Last week Wednesday, my car was broken into, my handbag, cell phone and bank card ******. This took place with security present. I have been a member at this gym for many years. I pay my fees each month and even pay an additional fee (charged twice) one month towards the end of each year- which apparently is meant to go towards “maintenance”. When speaking to the manager, we were simply told that “this sort of thing happens all the time” Respectfully, what does that tell you? Either someone isn’t doing their job or someone who works there is involved. The only reason my bag was left in my car, was because people break into the lockers and ***** belongings from the gym or in the change rooms. This is not the first incident either. A few months ago, I was changing and accidentally left my jeans and top in the cubicle. I did a spinning class Had I been careless or at fault here, I could and would accept what has happened here. My car was locked. My bag was left under my seat and my car parked in the designated parking area, with x2 security guards. The incident took place between 17h30 and 18h13. In less than an hour and during one of the busiest times at this gym, someone was able to smash and break the lock on my car and ***** my handbag. Again, respectfully and logically, how does something like this “happen all the time” ? Where were security? Where were all the sales / gym company representatives who stand around outside the gym all the time? Have these people been questioned or disciplined? I sent an email on Thursday, asking for management’s contact details and to date, no one has contacted me. Not even to apologise. This experience has left me traumatized- I don’t even want to drive my car anymore, not anywhere. This experience has also caused me emotional inconvenience and stress and financial strain and pressure, as I now have to fix my car, replace the locks at my house, repay the money back that I have had to borrow from my parents- because the perpetrators also tapped my card at a nearby Pick n Pay and withdrew all of my money… I have apply for a new drivers license, ID and replace all my cards- medical aid, bank cards etc. I have had to take time off work to go get affidavits and open cases with Police… All the while, knowing that the rest of my stuff – my personal and some sentimental belongings that were inside my bag has been discarded somewhere for anyone and everyone to now rummage through and look at etc. So my plea now is to senior management, the big boss(es) to get involved and sort this out, so that this sort of thing cant happen all the time. So that I – a paying customer at your gym, using your facilities can make peace with this situation and feel safe by the service you are supposed to provide me and appreciated for my patronage. I await your response and assistance….
