Disappointed by gym company bromhof

This gym company in bromhof takes people for granted,we are still usuing the old weights and have spoken to the managers who always come up with excuses,they collect levy twice a year and tell us is for gym upgrade,which upgrade,all other gym companies have from 60kg dumbell to 75kg but this one chooses not to order,as members we have complained nothing happens
