Disappointed Angry Customer

Gym Company is 1 of the worst Company to deal with. You sign up and you can use the gym same day then they ask you to refer a client and get a free month, when you do that and that client joins they dont give you a free month, later only when you query you find out you sholud have downloaded the gym for free app and its your responsibility to load your referal but mind you the consultants that sign you up dont tell you this from the onset. Worst is when you want to cancel they give you the worst run around and are so unwilling to assist and the cancelation takes forever and yet you still paying them every month. The staff at the Spa are so unhelpful with such arrogance when you use Ems... They leave you unattended and have their phones so loud watching tik tok if they not talking loud or on calls. Eventually when they do come to you, they just pull of pads and walk out, as if they doing the customer a favour. When you complain to management, nothing gets done and theres no follow up by management. This is my Review of Gym Company Gauteng. Randburg. Please be very cautious and read the fine print if you want to join.
