Disappointed!!!!!

Very annoyed this morning. Gym company staff needs to learn how to have respect for their clients. My cousin joined the gym 2 months ago she was told she could bring a guest for 2 months so I have been going with her. This month I decided I need to join because my 2 months is up. I spoke to Brighton and asked if I could join at the end of June because of the joinimg fee being so high and if it's okay if I still gym in the time he confirmed it's fine. This morning I get to the gym and this rude lady looks at me without even asking of i have spoken to someone she tells me you cannot come inside. I said to her I am joining at the end of this month and I spoke to Brighton she calls Brighton in disbelief of what I'm telling her. Brighton confirms I spoke to him but now the story changed as I cannot use the gym in this time. Freaken useless. I felt like telling her stuff you and your gym because gym company isn't the only gym in town. The only reason I want to join this gym is because I enjoy gymimg with my cousin and she is a member. Next time treat your clients with respect lady. And get your stories straight!
