Disappointed

They keep debiting my account even after sending an email canceling my membership, the most disturbing thing is the fact I haven't used their facilities in over 2 years and my 36 month contract with ended a long time ago. So the fact that I don't need their services is being discarded and they still have the audacity to take money out of my account forcefully.
