delaying tactics

<p> I took out a gym contract with gym company randburg branch which I later on cancelled as it did not serve it's purpose anymore because they don't have a branch where I stay. I then sent them an email requesting for cancelation of the contract. I was then given an amount by Betty which was the full amount until the end of the contract and i disputed it and told her that I will only pay the cancellation fee and arrears if any as stated by the CPA.She then requested Letitia to call me and gave me the amount to pay as requested.I paid them up and sent the proof of payment however Im still waiting for the paid up letter which I haven't received till today.To my amazement I received a call from Antoinette wanting to know my membership status and then I informed her that the contract has been paid up.My problem is I don't understand what kind of ****a shop they are running because their employees are confused and they don't know what they are doing.All I need from them is a paid up letter stating that the contract is no longer valid and I want nothing to do with those fools anymore.</p>
